Pandy Vicic has been President of Hedlund Mortgage since it’s inception. She was co-founder of Hedlund Mortgage in 1982. Pandy was one of the first mortgage brokers in Colorado to receive her mortgage broker license. Pandy has received recognition from many banks and lending institutions, including “Broker of the Year” from Chase Manhattan Bank, Chase Gold, Amtrust Bank, Citibank and several other financial institutions. Pandy is responsible for the hiring, training, and managing of all mortgage brokers, processors, closers and office staff at Hedlund Mortgage. Pandy personally oversees all loan applications and processing before any loan goes to closing.
